General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Legal Entity: The apartments in Caleta de Fuste are managed by Kairet Aurélien and Kairet Maïté, registered under the laws applicable in Spain in the province of Las Palmas, with the tourist license number (27358/2024, 27361/2024, 27365/2024).

2. Description of the Service Offered: We offer the rental of three apartments located in the Castillo Mar complex in Caleta de Fuste. These apartments, numbered 12, 16, and 26, provide comfortable accommodation and modern facilities for travelers.

3. Address: The apartments are located at 2 Avenida José Francky Roca, 35610 Caleta de Fuste.

4. Transportation: Travel by plane or boat to the island is the responsibility of the travelers. We do not provide transportation services and are not responsible for travel arrangements to reach Caleta de Fuste.

5. Payments: Payments can be made either by credit card when booking online on our secure website or by bank transfer. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 75% will be automatically charged 7 days before the arrival date.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

 - Standard Rate (Cancelable and Modifiable):

   - Full refund if cancellation or modification is made at least 3 days before the arrival date.

   - No refund for cancellations or modifications made less than 3 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show.

 - Non-Cancelable or Non-Modifiable Rate:

   - The full amount is due at the time of booking. No refund will be given for cancellations or modifications.

7. Security Deposit: A deposit of 150 euros is blocked on the card used for booking on the day of arrival. This deposit will be released if no damage is found in the apartment.

8. Third Parties Involved: Cleaning and reception services are provided by Holafuerteventura, a company specializing in concierge and maintenance services. They will ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free by ensuring the cleanliness of the apartments and warmly welcoming you upon your arrival.
